MOVEMENTUM is a uniting of the words 'movement', something all of us humans need but often don't get enough of, and 'momentum', the inertia and drive towards our goals. As with the name, this experience unites physical training and preparation of the body, complete with strength, conditioning and a new repertoire of movement for efficiently overcoming obstacles found in the environment, with all the emotional and psychological mastery for smashing your goals in life and the cultivation of inner calm to handle any situation. 

In the olden days there was no gym.

Life was the gym.

10,000 years ago, there were no gyms. There was life and it was enough to keep us in shape. Now we have escalators that lead up the treadmill. As humans we were always climbing, running, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, vaulting and so on. The science is here. Movement is life. There’s a strong link between physiology and psychology. When you create big shifts in the behaviours of your body, it can deeply rewire your thinking. When you master intentional and enhanced thinking it powerfully affects the gains of your body. We are going to give you the best of both.

This newly designed immersive, holistic health experience is for those who want to build the presence and balance in the moment as well as a body fit for the future. We don’t just want to be beach ready, we want to be LIFE READY. We want to know if it goes down, we have the physical and mental toolsets to handle it. We want a body we can rely on. This is for those who don’t simply want to shed some weight, but want to shed their resistance and release old blockages and whatever beliefs are holding you back. We have numerous workshops on removing limiting thoughts, mastering our emotions, daily stillness and meditation, recognising childhood triggers, guided goal mapping, flexibility, stretching and yoga as well as an armoury of concrete jungle movement practices and fitness modalities to shape you into the deeper you. Powered with optimal gourmet, plant-based fuel courtesy of our inhouse chef, and you'll be well on your way once our time is done. We will make full use of every environment. Both Bali and Mallorca provide a breathtaking urban jungle-gym for us to make full use of and have some thoroughly enjoyable tough playtime together. No prior skills required, just an open mind and a willing body. Everything will be carefully and methodically orchestrated for you. You'll walk away with a host of new skills for life.

Many of us know what is good for us, but few have a supportive, collaborative environment that cultivates good habits and makes them stay. This experience is a perfect reset if you want to improve or boost your physical results or reset your health completely from nutrition to being more in nature. With training modalities ranging from functional training, bodyweight, street workouts, high intensity aerobics, parkour, combat, natural and animal movement as well as stretching and yoga, there will be plenty of activity to keep your body busy while we expand your mind.

No matter what our eating is like, we can all benefit from a week of plant-based high-octane fuel. Our inhouse chef will provide you with all the sustainance you need to launch you toward your best self. Make no mistake, with us you will be very well fed. Many join our experiences to shift some pounds. However, we don't like the term 'losing weight' as the psychology suggests that when we lose something, we instinctively try and find it again! Therefore we focus on nourishing the body, and then unhealthy or toxic weight naturally falls away and releases. We hold onto weight through emotional attachment, a need to insulate ourselves and feel safe, burning sugar instead of fat and lazy habits. During  our time together we will flood your body with delicious, gourmet greens and reboot your relationship with food.

Tariq has been a keen practitioner of movement for 10 years. After running his own parkour gym in Bali, he joined Helenika Travels. Tariq holds an A.D.A.P.T. parkour instructor certificate as well as a Parkour Fitness Specialist certificate. He's passionate about showing people how to overcome their mental blocks through use of physical obstacles and animal movements. Tariq also holds a number of workshops on reprogramming beliefs and the science of deliberate manifestation.
